Volunteers: A VALUABLE SOURCE OF SUPPORT Welcome to the Mystikal Youth Arts Organization Volunteer Committee. Working under the supervision of the Executive Committee, volunteers provide critical assistance in a variety of ways: FUNDRAISING Working on fundraising projects and discussing ways to raise money. TOUR & TRAVEL Providing assistance as a driver, cook, or support staff member to ensure safe and comfortable travel for our personnel. UNIFORM Assisting in the fitting, alteration and maintenance of uniforms and the construction of props for the drum & bugle corps production. PUBLIC RELATIONS liaison between Mystikal and the community. SUPPORT Providing support for rehearsals and performances. Support Staff consists Transportation, Health & Safety, Special Events/Fundraising, Phone Tree Volunteers, through their efforts, increase the staff’s ability to provide an incredible experience for our members. Whether you are a parent of a performing member, corps alumnus or a fan, we trust that your experiences will be as memorable as our members’. RECRUITMENT We recruit volunteers at our Volunteer Monthly Meetings and by the Parent Information Sheet.
